Dr. Seth A. Baffoe, DHA
President and CEO
Seth A. Baffoe is a fire starter, a contrarian, a problem solver, and a speaker. He has a passion for identifying the cause of problems and filling the knowing-doing gap that persists in many health service organization. Seth is one of those few people who understand the art of problem-solving. Before starting Trusted healthcare consulting, he served as an operations manager, a college instructor, a technology assistant, a laboratory assistant, and an electronic health records specialist.
Seth has a background in medical anthropology and science. After attending medical school for a short time, he realized his skill set and interest aligned with healthcare business. Subsequently, he changed direction and earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in Health Care Administration.
Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. In his spare time, you’ll catch Seth: enjoying a new book, practicing Tae Kwon Do, and volunteering.

Jessica has a niche for getting along with various people. She has eight years’ work experience in early childhood and special education field both as a teacher and as a parent consultant. She recently earned her master’s degree in human resource management. She is concerned with the dynamic of how people interact in an organization. She strives to create systems and policies that attract, train, and reward talented employees.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family; Seth and her three children. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, cooking, and gardening.
